Consultation
We start with an in-person meeting or consultation. In this phase we’ll walk through each aspect of your project and review the scope, goals, and a general budget. The goal is to understand your vision and requirements, and establish clear expectations from both parties.
Design
After the kickoff meeting we’ll move into detailed design and planning. This involves collaborating with designers and architects then finalizing the project style, layout, and finishes. At this stage we’ll prepare detailed construction drawings and make selections, turning concepts into concrete plan
Budget
Once plans are clear, we will establish true costs and formalize the project agreement. You’ll receive an estimated quote, followed by a contract (including finalized plans and allowances). Signing the agreement triggers scheduling, meaning you’ll need to sign the construction contract before any work begins.
Permits
Before the dust flies, there’s paperwork to file. Most renovations—especially major ones like additions, structural changes, or system upgrades—require city or county permits to ensure everything meets local building codes. This step helps keep your project safe, legal, and up to standard. While it may add some time upfront, it’s a crucial phase that protects your investment and avoids headaches down the road.
Build
With paperwork done, the actual build begins. A schedule will be set and you’ll receive online project updates. This phase covers site work, framing, installations, and finishing per the project schedule.
Handover
Our last phase is a final walkthrough to punch-list any issues and discuss warranties. We’ll conduct an on-site inspection to ensure the work meets and/or exceeds expectations, then hand over the keys!
